Until we reach the scale needed to offer returns and refunds, we are unable to provide them without jeopardising our ability to continue operating.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Every product we ship leaves us in optimal condition. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns. Once a product has left our care, we cannot guarantee how it has been stored, and your health comes first.
NATURAL PRODUCTS TAKE TIME
Consistency matters. Natural supplements may take
2–4 weeks to build up in your system, so results are not always immediate. Wellness isn’t always quick, but it is worth the time and effort.
UNFORESEEN DELAYS IN RESTOCKING
While we work hard to keep our products available, demand may sometimes outpace supply. If your order cannot be posted within
3 business days, you’ll have two options:
1. 50% Off + Delivery: Keep your order and receive it at half price when stock arrives.
2. Full Refund: Cancel your order and receive a complete refund.
This way, you’re never left waiting without clarity — the choice is yours.
